Great patio, great views, good large communal pool for the whole complex with shallow kids pool was totally empty and we used it almost every day, villa is close to West Coast restaurants and infrastructure by car - a secluded peaceful vibe. Membership to beach club next to Fairmont. Hosts are very communicative and go above and beyond to help make a smooth and memorable stay. The villa’s Private pool is a small plunge pool. Poor walkability to restaurants or beaches.

Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Hummingbird Villa is a great place to stay. Fantastic views across the ocean, perfect for a family stay and the facilities at Westmoreland Hills are great - particularly the gym which is large and full of good commercial quality equipment and never too busy. Maisha was an outstanding host - super responsive and did everything she could to make sure we had a great stay - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! The photos in the listing look photoshopped, yet the reality is even better! The view! My friends and I loved waking up to the view of the ocean and enjoyed making meals and sitting at the dining table with a view that couldn’t be beaten! Maisha was super helpful with lots of suggestions and tips, the place was exactly as described… hmm maybe even better. Perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and just a wonderful stay. You won’t be disappointed. Steps away from many places to eat and just amazing views all day long.

This property is lovely and Maisha is an excellent host. The property is exactly as advertised and the location is perfect. It offers everything you need for a lazy day by the pool as well as proximity to some amazing beaches. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a truly special place look no further.

What a wonderful stay!! Maisha was an amazing host I cannot speak highly enough about her. Very helpful with even the smallest of details. She made the trip very hassle free! The house? Wow amazing! Better than the pics! Fully equipped with everything you need, and I am a very picky person! Defo would recommend and would return any day! We miss it already!!

The house looks exactly like the picture . Stunning views. I did have a couple of issues:#1. I was told the home has central air and it does not . It had air in every bedroom but not in the kitchen / living area. Barbados is hot so the ceiling fans in the kitchen / living area only blew hot air. We had to be in our rooms because the heat was unbearable in the kitchen / living room area. 2. We asked about a Chef and was told about Chef Liz Cox. She gave us her price but tried to charge us 3 to 10xs the amount for food so needless to say we did not hire her due to her dishonesty and she did not refund our 150 dollar deposit even though we gave her two week notice that we would not be using her.Maisha stated that she would try to facilitate a refund. 3. The stove top stopped working on the 2nd day so we had to change our menu because our new chef could not use the stove top . lastly , when we checked out . We had a couple beach towel per house keeper with make up on it. ( we only saw one but was told it was 4 ) Which had a little make up on it. When I say little it was less than an inch. Maisha sent pictures but I could only see one with a stain . Maisha told us that the house keeper tried to get the make up stain out and she couldn’t . She said a throw also had a dot of makeup. I told her to use shout and that I did not understand how make up is hard to remove . Maisha said we had to replace the throw and towels and at first it was going to cost 90 US dollars. Later today she advised that now it will cost 199.00 . I said that was ridiculous and was not willing to pay that . Needless to say they in my opinion was being petty because we asked for a refund from the Chef and threaten to file a complaint. I offered to send the same beach towels but was told no they needed it immediately . Needless to say I’m not paying for towels when you charge a cleaning fee and you should have products that can remove make up. Maisha appeared to try and be helpful when the stove would not work . She said these things happen and are out of her control. Needless to say I consider us even. I was not going to pay for for the towels because the Stove did not work which forced us to change our lunch and dinner menu . I was also told that the home had central air and it did not. Owners central air means through out the home not just in the bedrooms. So we were lied to about central air , the chef kept our deposit and the non working stove inconvenienced us. That adds up to 300 US dollars for me so if the towels cost 200 we expect a 100 refund . I would think twice about renting this place due to issues above. Maisha did buy a bottle of wine for my BFF bday and did communicate with us . She was super helpful but her bosses should not be in this business if they can not get beach towels clean . Also they wanted us to be understanding when their appliances was not in Working condition and the lack of air in the kitchen / living area prevented us from enjoying the whole house but wanted to charge us for towels which could of been washed clean with Shout! Really ??? Pay us 300 for the inability to use the stove, food not used due to the stove not working and the unbearable heat in the kitchen and we will pay for the towels . That being said I think they owe us 100.00 I’m sure I’m not welcomed back and I would not go back there.

Maisha was brilliant and super helpful responding to all our questions and very promptly. She helped us navigate our way through the COVID testing and quarantine requirements and ordered all of our groceries, we would 100% recommend her.
