The entire development carries 52 newly constructed homes and is well maintained with paved avenues, exterior lighting and excellent landscaping. There are two entrances, both gated.

The development is perched on a ridge in St. James. We would suggest renting a vehicle which we can assist with or, having a dedicated driver to be able to go to the beach, restaurant, bars etc...
