Brownes Condominium is a popular location on the South Coast as it is just a few minutes walk to the beach, numerous amenities, shopping, restaurants and the boardwalk. Unit 2B is located on the second floor which is accessible by elevator. The unit is generously spacious and has a large open-plan kitchen, a built-in stainless steel oven, a glass stove top, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and a water dispenser. The kitchen looks out to the dining and living room with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Large sliding doors open to a Romeo and Juliette balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool, gardens, and a small communal gym for guest use. A very serene setting indeed. The bedroom holds two twins, which can be joined to make a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, TV, and a Romeo and Juliet balcony with swimming and garden views. The bathroom has a tub shower available.
