Maintain property as found – clean and damage-free

You’re responsible for bank fees or exchange rate differences

Concierge services (e.g., groceries, transport) at guest’s cost

Rental Agent not liable for injuries, personal loss, or utility failures

Breach of terms may lead to eviction without refund

If double-booked, similar options or full refund offered

Agreement governed by Barbados law
